Qualified nonresidential customers of Dominion East Ohio can save money on utility bills and achieve optimal energy efficiency through a no-cost, no-obligation energy assessment. The program is made possible through a partnership with the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE).

Who qualifies?

Any Dominion East Ohio nonresidential customer that owns or occupies a nonresidential building (25,000 square feet or less) is eligible to participate.
